<b>Job Responsibilities:</b><br />
This person will be part of a SCRUM development team and will be expected to participate in all aspects of the software development cycle including: system architecture, graphic design, usability testing, development, deployment, maintenance, monitoring and support.  <br /><br />
<b>Basic Qualifications:</b><br />
•B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related work experience<br />
•1-3 Years of Software Development experience<br />
•Basic knowledge of relational databases – simple DBA tasks and SQL queries <br />
•Familiar with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JSP, AJAX)<br />
•Ability to create and optimize cross-browser/platform code<br />
•Working knowledge of Subversion or other version control system<br />
•Ability and desire to work closely with a small, focused team and challenging deadlines<br />

<p>Reeher LLC is actively seeking a Relationship Manager within our Customer Care organization to support new and existing customers. In addition to providing our customers with a superior experience from their initial implementation to on-going support, a Reeher Relationship Manager will work closely with our customers utilizing programmatic tools and templates to ensure that they achieve more in their development goals, and maximize the value of their investment with Reeher.  This work also includes helping to define value through consultative and coaching interactions with customers primarily online or via the phone, which help to drive adoption of Reeher’s technology and services. This position is responsible for customer retention and potential extension of additional Reeher products and services with existing customers.</p>

<p>Primary Responsibilities</p>
 
<p>-Leads delivery of platform product services and is accountable for overall delivery of the defined services
<br />-Development of customer advisor plan outlining specific goals and objectives for their organization and the use of the platform to help them achieve their goals.   
<br />-Facilitates periodic customer reviews ensuring goals established in the advisor plan are being met 
<br />-Facilitates initial and ongoing training opportunities with the customer throughout the customer lifecycle
<br />-Acts as lead point of contact throughout the customer’s lifecycle and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction through responsiveness to customers needs
<br />-Executes effective communication plans, keeping customers well informed of new features and functions that will be available in coming releases. Leads implementation of new platform feature rollouts
<br />-Plays key role in the continued development of internal systems and processes to provide excellent customer/user experience
<br />-Responsible for ensuring retention of customers
<br />-Recommends additional Reeher platform products and services that align to the customer’s needs, helping them to achieve their business objectives

</p>Desired qualifications and background<p>

<br />-8+ years of customer account management/consulting experience  
<br />-Proven performance in delivering results
<br />-Exceptional problem solving skills
<br />-Comfortable working in a fast paced environment managing many customers while juggling several projects simultaneously 
<br />-Experience implementing and / or on boarding new customers on software applications 
<br />-Strong consultative selling skills
<br />-Excellent written, oral and presentation communication skills
<br />-Ability to effectively leverage technology in ongoing process improvement
<br />-Software implementation experience with data integration/data mapping/data modeling and analysis experience preferred
<br />-Travel up to 15% may be required
<br />-High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project 
<br />-Undergraduate degree required/ MBA/prior experience in relationship management and higher education fundraising preferred</br></p>

Compensation will be based on previous experience and prior results. The target mix of compensation is 90% base and 10% variable. Company offers excellent benefits, 401K, healthcare, and dental. </p>

<strong>Position Description:</strong><p></p>

The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for selling our Platform solution to the higher education marketplace. This role is responsible for business development, identifying and qualifying leads, building solid customer relationships to drive sales through the pipeline, managing company resources to bring clients to contract as well as managing the purchasing process.<p></p>

This position develops and manages executive level client relationships as well as with key influencers at multiple levels within an institution that are involved with the decision making process.   This position will also need to interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to align Reeher products and services to the client’s business needs.  The Senior Sales Representative  needs to help the customer make the business case for the purchase through the use by clearly understanding the needs of the decision maker and build a quantitative business case to justify the purchase decision.<p></p>
<p></p>
Reeher has a variety of ways that it reaches prospective customers to generate leads through targeted direct marketing campaigns. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for following up on these leads and generating their own leads.  The Senior Sales Representative owns and manages the entire sales cycle from initial business development through contract completion.<p></p>
<p></p>
The person selected for this position must be able to develop short and long-term plans to achieve strategic sales objectives within the assigned territory; develop, maintain and share competitive knowledge to leverage in sales cycles.<p></p>
<p></p>
Some travel is required for this position.<p></p>
<p></p>

<p>As the first member of the Reeher leadership team, Rod has played a critical role in shaping the cutting-edge Reeher Platform and processes since 2003, working with CEO Andrew Reeher to build the company from the ground up. 

<p>Prior to joining Reeher, Rod served as an investment banking analyst with TripleTree, a boutique investment bank focused on the information technology and healthcare industries. In that position, he was responsible for analyzing and tracking industry trends within the IT security, ERP, CRM and IT healthcare markets. Rod assisted in the preparation and delivery of detailed operational financial models, research, and preparing marketing materials for customers to support the sale process. 

<p>Rod earned a BS degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas.

<p>Cricket brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in large-scale corporate operations, client service and account management to Reeher customers. Prior to joining Reeher, Cricket served as the Director of Customer Care and Customer Support Strategic Initiatives Leader for Deluxe Corporation. In these roles, she led a multi-million dollar ERP software implementation project; managed a $30 million annual operating budget supporting the electronic order capture channels, billing and problem resolution for the division; served as liaison between business and IT to ensure new technology solutions were aligned to the business strategies; and translated marketing and IT strategies into operational execution within customer care. 

<p>Cricket has also served in Target’s investment management group, as well as financial and accounting roles at Empi, Inc., McGladrey &#038; Pullen, and Northwest Airlines.

<p>Cricket earned an MBA and BA in business administration, both from the University of St. Thomas. She is actively involved in a number of professional organizations, including the Minnesota chapter of the Project Management Institute, where she is certified as a Project Management Professional; the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, where she earned her certificate as a Certified Information Security Manager; and Minnesota State Board of Accountancy. Our company was created to apply the best of those principals in the unique world of higher education fund raising.  With the advent of Software as a Service, we provide very powerful management tools provided on a Platform that is easy to start.  We provide immediate and on-going impact at a much lower cost and much higher impact than a traditional software model.

<p>While we are technically a software company, the innovative nature of our service is a result of the company’s roots in data application for sales and marketing organizations, combined with deep experience analyzing fundraising patterns for leading colleges and universities. 

<p>Along the way, we have had the opportunity to work with some of the world’s best fundraisers to incorporate what is unique about university development into what works when applying data in the management process.  Toward that end, we have brought together the experience and background of individuals who understand database mining, predictive modeling, campaign management, and the process of managing knowledge-based organizations like university fundraising.
